| Sari Sari Falls The Sari Sari Falls which is one of the most spectacular and exciting waterfalls in Dominica, it got its name form the island's indigenous Kalinago people. We drive along windy lush country roads to the village of Laplaine where we begin our dramatic hike to this beautiful water fall. The hike begins through a banana plantation, then descends steeply into the Sari Sari River Gorge. Shaded by the canopy of lush rainforest and serenaded by the murmur of the river, we intrepidly trudge up the gorge until as if by enchantment the Sari Sari Falls appear and beckons us to come forward and swim in its refreshing pool. Time 4 - 5 hours What to wear: Shorts, T Shirts, shoes which you do not mind getting wet. |
